Very friendly, and with amazingly low rates. Had a hiccup with the initial booking of rooms at the hotel (hotel's fault, not Wikalat's), but Nafisa went out of her way to ensure suitable accommodations were made so we were all comfortable with the final sleeping arrangement. Will definitely be booking with them again.
